Directions to the passenger terminal
For GRB passenger flights, use the main terminal at 2077 Airport Drive, Green Bay. Follow airport signs to the appropriate parking entrance, airline drop-off or passenger pickup area.

Use the address on your parking confirmation
A parking reservation can direct you to a hotel or another lot away from the airport grounds. Save the full street address, check-in point and contact details before leaving home. A general search for “GRB airport parking” can route you to the airport rather than the product you booked.
- Read the confirmation for any designated parking rows or check-in desk.
- Look for the stated operator or hotel name when entering the property.
- Do not assume a room-booking entrance is the parking check-in point.
- Leave time to correct a wrong turn before the shuttle departure.
Passenger pickup and return shuttles
Meeting an arriving passenger and collecting a parking shuttle are separate journeys. Use the designated airport pickup area for a passenger and the provider’s instructions for a shuttle return. Contact the passenger after baggage reclaim rather than waiting in a restricted terminal lane.
Allow for the whole airport journey
Map estimates cover driving conditions at the time of the search. They do not include parking check-in, waiting for a transfer, unloading luggage or airport check-in. Add those stages separately and follow the airline’s recommended arrival time.
Before the return trip, check the shuttle hours again and keep its contact number accessible. If the flight is delayed, ask the provider how vehicle collection will work.
