Parking for a short visit
GRB’s terminal lots offer a walk to the building, while a hotel or other off-airport parking reservation may use a shuttle. A lower parking quote should be weighed against transfer hours and the number of travelers and bags.
| Parking option | Initial period | Published maximum / weekly rate | Terminal access |
|---|---|---|---|
| Short-term lot | First 30 minutes free | $19 daily maximum | Short walk to the terminal |
| Long-term lot | First 30 minutes free | $9 daily maximum; $45 weekly rate | Walk to the terminal |
| Off-airport parking | Live quote | Depends on dates and listing | Check shuttle operating hours |

The airport publishes different incremental charges for its short-term and long-term lots. Check the full tariff, your actual entry and exit times and current terms. Off-airport bookings use the live total for the dates selected.
For a short visit, read the incremental tariff as well as the daily maximum. Walking to the terminal may be easier than arranging an off-airport transfer when you only need to meet a passenger.
Wait for your passenger in the right place
The airport’s free cell phone lot is on the right side of the entrance road, shortly after entering the airport. Keep the vehicle attended and respect the published 60-minute limit. Drive to the pickup area when your passenger is ready.

Ask the passenger to contact you after collecting checked baggage and reaching the designated pickup point. An arrival time is not the time a passenger is ready outside. Follow lane restrictions and staff directions.
Use the current terminal information
The main passenger terminal serves GRB’s commercial flights. The airport’s own short-term and long-term lots are within walking distance; check the current terminal diagram for the route to your airline and gate.

Check airline instructions and the airport’s current accessibility information before traveling. If you need to accompany a traveler inside, plan a parking space and the walking route rather than relying on curbside waiting.
Accessible parking and transfers
GRB provides accessible spaces in both lots and states that a vehicle displaying a disabled parking tag or plate may use the short-term lot at the long-term rate.
