What an off-airport reservation includes
An off-airport space can be at a hotel or another independently operated facility. The reservation may include a shuttle, require a separately arranged ride or reveal the final location after booking. Read the selected offer instead of assuming all products work alike.
The reviewed GRB Delta parking product includes a shuttle during its stated 7 a.m.–10 p.m. service window. A late-night arrival at the airport may fall outside that window.
Named parking facilities
Names and availability can change. Open the live offer for your dates to see whether the product is available and which conditions apply.
Allow time beyond the drive
Add time for finding the entrance, checking in, parking, moving luggage and waiting for the transfer. A listed drive time is only one part of the journey. Plan backward from the airline’s requested terminal arrival time, not from the flight departure time.
- Save the parking address from the confirmation.
- Check whether you must book the shuttle in advance or call on arrival.
- Confirm the permitted number of passengers and luggage.
- Arrange accessible transport before paying if it is needed.
Know how to return to the vehicle
Keep the pickup instructions and provider contact details available after landing. Some transfers operate on request; others follow a timetable. Check whether the pickup point differs from the drop-off point and allow time to collect checked baggage.
If the return changes, contact the parking provider promptly. Ask about extra-time charges and transfer availability. The airport’s passenger pickup lanes may have different rules from the hotel shuttle meeting point.
